I’m a Doctor of Business Administration, former College of Business Dean, and a retired 20-year United States Navy veteran. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in classrooms, leadership spaces, and academic institutions while mentoring and supporting students through complex educational journeys.

Over the years, I watched too many brilliant scholars walk away from their doctoral degrees just short of completion.
